The CNC Community Rotator is a fully automated feature specifically aimed at Webmasters of C&C fansites that enables you to give your sites some promotion around the community. Once you have joined, you put the small snippet of code on your site, and that's it! Your button will appear on the other sites who also display the Community Rotator - in return, the other site's buttons will display on your site - a banner exchange if you will.
Unlike the previous Community Exchange, buttons are displayed totally at random. No silly credit system so everyone's banners are displayed the same number of times as everyone elses.
In your user area you can change your website and banner details, see how many times your button has displayed and how many buttons have been displayed on your website as well as recover the code if you forget it.

There are no catches, no site review is required - as long as your site is online you can join!

Rules:
We have very few rules as such, but without even a few rules there is chaos - here are ours:
1. Your website must be primarily concerned with Command & Conquer, be it a fan site, a mod site - anything is allowed as long as its main focus is C&C.
2. Nothing illegal - if your site promotes/links to sites promoting illegal activities or displays/links to sites displaying anything pornographic you will not be accepted.
3. 88*31 only - Only 88*31 sized buttons will be accepted into the exchange.
